Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $70.86/hr - $75.86/hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 6+ years of work experience with increasing responsibility in a technology, operations, or consulting environment.
  • Deep Airtable mastery required: schema design, automations, scripting, interfaces, syncs, and Airtable AI.
  • Strong data architecture instincts: designs scalable bases, syncs, and data flows from the start.
  • Analytical toolkit - Modeling and data manipulation in Excel/sheets is critical, SQL is a bonus.
  • Exceptional collaborator and influencer with the ability to work across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze tools requirements.
  • Design and develop custom interfaces in Airtable, ensuring that the tools created are tailored to meet the specific needs of internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, including solution development, feature testing, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor prototypes and experimental use cases with data reporting and dashboarding to evaluate whether a process is effective and ready for graduation to scale.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Retool, or similar CRM/ops platforms.
  • Domain familiarity with sales pipelines, CRM, media operations, QA/QMS, or vetting and licensing workflows.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Masters a plus.
