COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Position Summary

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday (Full-Time)
Must be available to work weekends, especially Sundays


We are seeking a polished, engaging, and style-driven Retail Stylist & Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, enjoys building relationships with clients, and has a natural ability to create complete, personalized looks.

You will play a key role in delivering a warm, elevated shopping experience while driving sales through thoughtful styling and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional, personalized customer service

  • Style clients by creating complete looks with clothing and accessories

  • Build relationships with repeat customers and develop a loyal clientele

  • Drive sales through product knowledge, storytelling, and styling suggestions

  • Maintain a visually appealing and well-merchandised sales floor

  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management

  • Support in-store events and promotions

  • Uphold the Dovecote brand aesthetic and Fearrington standard of hospitality

Qualifications

At least 2 years experience as a stylist with retail sales 

Strong customer service skills
