Job description

Job Title: VP, CreatorLocation-Type: RemoteStart Date Is: ASAPDuration: 6 Month ContractCompensation Range: $75-80/hour W2Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401KMust be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship .We are looking for a seasoned Vice President to serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for a clients Brand Vetting & Monitoring program. This role will partner closely with the Global Account Lead to oversee one of our largest and most complex global influencer risk and brand safety programs.

The ideal candidate is a strong client counselor, exceptional operator, and collaborative leader who can confidently manage senior client relationships, lead a global team, and drive innovation across the business. This person should be equally comfortable leading executive conversations, managing operational complexity, and identifying opportunities to evolve the program through AI and strategic thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Account Management

  • Partner closely with the Global Account Lead to lead the day-to-day management of the Brand Vetting & Monitoring program.

  • Serve as a senior point of contact for client communications, ensuring proactive, strategic, and responsive account management.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and confidently navigate complex conversations and evolving business needs.

  • Support account growth by contributing strategic thinking, identifying opportunities, and developing industry and client POVs that position the agency as a forward-thinking partner.

Global Program Leadership

  • Lead and mentor global market leads responsible for vetting and monitoring work across regions.

  • Drive consistency in processes, quality, reporting, and execution across all markets.

  • Roll out global updates, operational changes, and best practices while ensuring adoption across the network.

  • Partner with regional teams to troubleshoot issues, solve challenges, and continuously improve program delivery.

Operations & Program Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day health of the global program, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

  • Monitor workflows, staffing, and capacity while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

  • Develop scalable processes that support continued program growth and evolving client needs.

AI & Innovation

  • Lead the account's AI workstream, identifying opportunities to improve vetting and monitoring workflows through automation and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Partner with internal experts to test, implement, and scale new technologies across the program.

  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the account.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as a senior leader across the account, fostering collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing across global teams.

  • Partner closely with the Global Account Lead on strategic planning, client presentations, staffing, and business priorities.

  • Contribute to thought leadership by developing POVs on industry trends, creator risk, AI, brand safety, and the evolving influencer landscape to support client conversations and new opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in client service, communications, influencer marketing, brand safety, risk management, consulting, or a related field.

  • Proven experience leading complex global accounts with senior client exposure.

  • Strong people leadership experience managing distributed teams across multiple markets and time zones.

  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly organized with strong operational and project management capabilities.

  • Demonstrated experience driving process improvements and leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Passion for AI and emerging technologies, with experience leading innovation or transformation initiatives preferred.

  • Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture planning with operational execution.

  • Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, brand safety, or reputation risk is highly preferred.
