Job description

Job Title: Creator Vetting Specialist
Location-Type: Hybrid Onsite in NYC, NY
Start Date Is: ASAP
Duration: 12 month contract
Compensation Range: $40-47/hr
Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship .
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, vet, and recommend influencer and creator partners based on established campaign criteria and brand objectives.

  • Conduct creator research across social platforms, evaluating audience fit, content quality, engagement metrics, brand safety, and campaign alignment.

  • Lead outreach efforts to prospective creator partners and talent representatives.

  • Manage negotiations, rates, usage rights, deliverables, timelines, and contractual agreements.

  • Oversee influencer engagements from initial outreach through campaign completion, ensuring a seamless experience for both creators and internal stakeholders.

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for creators and talent managers throughout campaign execution.

  • Proactively solve challenges and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, brand, and stakeholder teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Required Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent relations, or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience sourcing, vetting, and selecting influencers based on campaign goals and audience criteria.

  • Hands-on experience managing creator partnerships from outreach through execution.

  • Strong negotiation skills with experience handling creator rates, contracts, usage rights, and deliverables.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and solve problems with limited direction.

  • Agency background required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using CreatorIQ or similar influencer marketing platforms.

  • Experience supporting large consumer brands or enterprise marketing organizations.

  • Familiarity with creator measurement, reporting, and campaign performance evaluation.
