Job Title: Creator Vetting Specialist
Location-Type: Hybrid Onsite in NYC, NY

Duration: 12 month contract
Compensation Range: $40-47/hr

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, vet, and recommend influencer and creator partners based on established campaign criteria and brand objectives.
Conduct creator research across social platforms, evaluating audience fit, content quality, engagement metrics, brand safety, and campaign alignment.
Lead outreach efforts to prospective creator partners and talent representatives.
Manage negotiations, rates, usage rights, deliverables, timelines, and contractual agreements.
Oversee influencer engagements from initial outreach through campaign completion, ensuring a seamless experience for both creators and internal stakeholders.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for creators and talent managers throughout campaign execution.
Proactively solve challenges and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, brand, and stakeholder teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Required Qualifications4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent relations, or a related discipline.
Proven experience sourcing, vetting, and selecting influencers based on campaign goals and audience criteria.
Hands-on experience managing creator partnerships from outreach through execution.
Strong negotiation skills with experience handling creator rates, contracts, usage rights, and deliverables.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and solve problems with limited direction.
Agency background required
Preferred QualificationsExperience using CreatorIQ or similar influencer marketing platforms.
Experience supporting large consumer brands or enterprise marketing organizations.
Familiarity with creator measurement, reporting, and campaign performance evaluation.
