We are building a network of exceptional Medical Records Coordinators for future opportunities with Private Medical. While this is not an active opening, we are interested in connecting with experienced healthcare operations professionals who are passionate about accuracy, service, and supporting high-quality patient care behind the scenes.


TheMedical Records Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of medical records, ensuring clinical teams have timely, complete, and accurate information to support seamless care delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and approaches work with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.


Successful candidates are service-driven, adaptable, and comfortable navigating evolving workflows, technology, and process improvements. They bring strong healthcare coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance independent work with cross-functional teamwork in a remote environment. This is a non-patient-facing role focused exclusively on medical records operations and information management; it does not include appointment coordination responsibilities.
