Job Title: AWS Administrator with Informatica IDMC & Databricks 

Location: Remote – Anywhere in the USA 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AWS Administrator with strong Informatica IDMC (Informatica Data Management Cloud) administration skills to support enterprise cloud infrastructure and data platform operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services, Linux administration, Informatica Secure Agent management, Databricks administration, and enterprise networking/security.

This role involves managing cloud infrastructure, supporting data engineering platforms, troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues, and ensuring secure and reliable operations across AWS and Informatica environments.

Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure Management
  • Design, deploy, and manage AWS services including EC2, S3, API Gateway, IAM, VPC, Security Groups, Subnets, and VPC Endpoints

  • Implement and maintain AWS security best practices

  • Monitor cloud infrastructure and troubleshoot performance and availability issues

  • Support infrastructure optimization and operational excellence initiatives

Linux Systems Administration
  • Perform Linux command-line operations for system administration and troubleshooting

  • Execute server patching and maintain patch compliance

  • Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics

Informatica IDMC Administration
  • Install, configure, and maintain Informatica Secure Agents

  • Manage IDMC (Informatica Data Management Cloud) services and configurations

  • Troubleshoot Secure Agent and IDMC-related issues

  • Ensure high availability and optimal performance of Informatica services

Databricks Administration
  • Administer Databricks workspaces and environment configurations

  • Manage access, clusters, and platform settings

  • Work with Databricks APIs for automation and integration tasks

  • Support data engineering teams with platform-related requirements

Network & Security Management
  • Collaborate with network teams to resolve firewall and connectivity issues

  • Troubleshoot network-related problems across cloud and on-prem environments

  • Implement network security and access control best practices

Required Skills
  • Strong experience with AWS Administration

  • Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC / IICS

  • Experience installing and managing Informatica Secure Agents

  • Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL/Ubuntu preferred)

  • Knowledge of IAM, EC2, S3, API Gateway, VPC, Security Groups, Subnets, and VPC Endpoints

  • Experience with Databricks administration and APIs

  • Understanding of enterprise networking, firewall configurations, and troubleshooting

Nice to Have

Basic familiarity with IDMC services such as:

  • MDM (Master Data Management)

  • CDI (Cloud Data Integration)

  • CGDC (Cloud Data Governance & Catalog)

  • CDP (Cloud Data Profiling)

  • CDQ (Cloud Data Quality)
