As a Program Coordinator at Roush, you'll keep programs on track by coordinating schedules, budgets, and deliverables across cross-functional teams. Working closely with Project Managers, vendors, and customers, you'll help drive programs to successful, on-time, and on-budget completion while seeing the results of your work every day. This is a full-time afternoon shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
As a Program Coordinator, you will:
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate office and shop activity and relay customer expectations.
  • Assist the Project Manager in activities including timing, budgets, quality, open issues, and material management
  • Direct and coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors.
  • Develop and execute small program plans
  • Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to ensure deliverables
  • Collect data from customers, suppliers, Bill of Material, and other resources to compile reports.
  • Review project status daily and report percentage of completion
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

As a Program Coordinator, you will need:
  • Associate degree or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of coordination or skilled trade experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
  • Excellent customer service skills, very detail oriented, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with different cross functional teams
  • Ability to follow directions and to prioritize a wide range of assignments
  • Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

A successful candidate may also have:
  • Bachelors degree in business or engineering
  • Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends
