New Gateways, Inc. in Waterford, MI is looking for a compassionate, team-oriented Program Instructor to join our team. In this role, you'll support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities by assisting with daily personal care, engaging in community outings, and facilitating skill-building activities. We're looking for someone who is comfortable being on their feet, can lift at least 50 lbs, and is eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.


This position offers flexible daytime hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM), a starting pay of $17.13/hour, and opportunities for growth within the organization. Employees enjoy a full benefits package that includes Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, and Paid Time Off.
