Job description

Location: Fargo, ND
Shift and Time: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays), Seasonal
Wage: Starting at $20/hour, with higher pay based on experience
Valid Driver's License Required
Summary:
  • Assist the Foreman with installing guardrails, permanent signs, and setting up traffic control zones
  • Prepare job sites by digging holes, mixing concrete, and ensuring proper setup
  • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for efficient workflow
  • Operate hand and power tools, skid steers, air hammers, and forklifts
  • Drive and maintain company vehicles safely on and off job sites
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions, adapting to job site needs
  • Follow all safety and environmental regulations to maintain a secure work environment

Physical Requirements:
  • Required to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
