Loyalty Automotive is seeking an Office Manager to join our accounting team.
We are a highly successful and expanding multi-franchised dealership group headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. Our current portfolio of dealerships includes: Cadillac, Chevrolet, Nissan, Toyota, and Volkswagen. We also operate three  high volume Collision Repair Centers and a Used Car operation.

Responsibilites:
  • Day to Day management of the accounting functions for one of our franchised locations.
  • Journal entry posting, general ledger management, and account reconciliations.
  • Cash receipts and cash disbursements.
  • Monthly and annual financial statements preparation.
  • Reinforce company policies and adhere to all company standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Accounting knowledge and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong Communicator.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Automotive experience is preferred.
