Overview:
As a Program Manager, Manager at Take2, you will be the primary point of contact for our client's program(s), ensuring the smooth delivery of services and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. You'll play a pivotal role in driving program expansion and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for a large enterprise client account, overseeing a team of 70+ consultants to ensure exceptional service delivery, high client satisfaction, and successful program outcomes. This includes maintaining both contractual and cyber compliance across the program and with Take2 personnel
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, building strong relationships, understanding evolving needs, and proactively driving program growth and performance.
  • Monitor program performance through key metrics and KPIs, analyze trends, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain service excellence. This includes budgeting, forecasting and tracking targets for Revenue and Gross Margin
  • Support account expansion efforts by identifying opportunities to grow scope and headcount within the existing enterprise account (Account Management / Account Executive responsibilities).
  • Growing the Take2's headcount on the program through qualifying program requisitions and identifying qualified personnel who are placed on the program
  • Identify new program opportunities and lead the coordination, onboarding, and operational stand-up processes to successfully integrate new Take2 programs.
  • Collaborate with federal sales and recruiting teams to identify and staff new requirements, strengthening program presence within the client organization.
  • Lead internal process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency, standardize best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the Federal Business Unit.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and monthly status reports for client and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating program performance, successes, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure transparent communication, timely issue resolution, and strong alignment.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, including contracts, deliverables, and compliance records.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • 7-12 years of progressive experience within IT staffing, consulting services, or government contracting environments.
  • Minimum of 7 years of program, account, or client management experience supporting federal government and/or Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, program delivery, and operational performance on a Federal program with at least $10mil in revenue.
  • Proven ability to lead complex programs, support business growth initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to federal clients and stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale enterprise accounts and leading teams of 50+ consultants in the staffing or professional services industry.
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify expansion opportunities and drive organic growth within existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both executive clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
