We are currently seeking Carpenter Laborers at an $18-$26 per hour starting rate. If you are a goal-oriented individual interested in joining a fast-paced company with multiple opportunities, a 10-year employee retention rate, and a close-knit, family-oriented workplace culture, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

  • Exemplify your reliability, patience, flexibility, and leadership by regularly communicating and working well with colleagues and customers.

  • Feel a sense of accomplishment when problem-solving, setting goals with crew members, and training new hires.

  • Flex your organizational and time management skills by finishing jobs on time and updating your supervisor with project progress.

  • Work with your hands in the great outdoors assisting with building structures, decks, pavilions, stairs, and railings.

  • Gain strength by lifting at least 50 pounds daily on job sites.
