The Impact You Will Make

The Laborer position at Everstory is a dedicated, reliable and hard-working individual who understands the importance of detail and providing the highest level of service to our customers. This important role is responsible for the care, maintenance, and repairs of the property as well as the beautification of the location. In this position, you will also be responsible for:

  • Performing all landscape maintenance duties such as lawn mowing, weed-whacking, snow removal, etc.
  • Operating machinery appropriately in a safe manner.
  • Handling the day-to-day general maintenance duties.
  • Maintaining equipment.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School equivalency required.
  • 2+ years experience in maintenance or related field.
  • Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to read and execute memos and directives from supervisor and/or management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 80lbs.
  • This position requires availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.
