Job description

Responsibilities
The Maintenance Clerk will provide support to the Maintenance Division with the execution of the Maximo
Computer Management System (CMMS), as well as other department activities. The clerk will assist Business Analyst with
Data Entry for Maximo. Also responsible for work orders, labor hours, safety meetings, quick reports, and other duties as
assigned. Also responsible for updating PM's daily, weekly, and monthly, and filing of paperwork associated with Maximo. The
position requires availability to work 40 hours per week and may require some overtime, must be able to work both Saturday
and Sunday with two days off during the week - hours vary between 8 AM and 6:30 PM.
Hours will range from 24 - 40 hours a week
Qualifications
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age.
Other Skills and Qualifications:
• Advanced computer skills required.
• Must be professional with a business casual appearance.
• Must be self-motivated, accountable, and have an enthusiastic attitude.
• Must possess strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word.
• Must be able to handle confidential information.
• Flexible schedule required (days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime).
