Responsibilities

- Draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations, following established procedures- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring proper labeling, handling, and documentation- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment in accordance with healthcare standards- Accurately complete all required records and documentation related to specimen collection and processing- Explain procedures to patients to promote comfort and trust during the blood draw process- Demonstrate leadership and process excellence in daily tasks, while upholding confidentiality and accuracy of patient information
