In this role, you will execute across the full hardware development lifecycle - from requirements capture and schematic design through bring-up, integration, and production - while collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams. You will bring hands-on technical depth, a strong sense of ownership, and the initiative to contribute meaningfully from day one.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute requirements capture, component selection, analysis, schematic capture, prototyping, bring-up, debugging, documentation, manufacturing, and test for electrical designs
  • Support the rapid design, development, and testing of high-reliability electrical systems for spacecraft engineering and development efforts
  • Collaborate with system architecture development across cross-functional teams
  • Participate in preliminary and critical design reviews to support program requirements
  • Conduct derating analysis and worst-case circuit analysis
  • Support system-level integration of electrical subsystems, including hardware and software interfaces
  • Perform first article testing, unit-level testing, and production testing
  • Contribute to the development and execution of validation and qualification testing campaigns to ensure reliable hardware
  • Develop and maintain documentation for electrical systems and components, including design specifications, test plans, and operating procedures
  • Support hardware through production, integration, and launch
  • Collaborate with experts from other teams and departments to improve system efficiency, manufacturability, and reliability, and to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and quality assurance processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of electrical engineering processes and practices

QUALIFICATIONS
