Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
The SAP BDC Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Business Data Cloud solutions, including SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Databricks integration, data products, analytics, and governance frameworks. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable analytics and data management solutions. The role requires expertise in SAP data architecture, reporting, integration, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
• 5+ years of SAP Analytics/Data Management experience
• SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud certifications preferred.
• Experience with enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs and cloud analytics
• Experience with SAP Business AI and SAP Joule.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and enterprise data platforms.
• Exposure to multi-region data governance and analytics architectures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design and implement SAP Business Data Cloud solutions and architectures.
• Develop and maintain data models, data products, and analytical solutions using SAP Datasphere.
• Configure and support SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, planning models, and reports.
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources using BDC connectivity and data sharing capabilities.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Define and implement data governance, security, and access controls.
• Support data migration, validation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Work with Databricks and enterprise data lake teams to enable advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases.
• Troubleshoot performance, data quality, and integration issues.
• Prepare technical design documents, solution specifications, and operational runbooks.
• Strong experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Hands-on expertise in:
o SAP Datasphere
o SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
o SAP HANA Cloud
o Data Modeling and Data Warehousing
o SAP S/4HANA Data Integration
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data products.
• Experience with SQL, data transformation, and ETL/ELT concepts.
• Understanding of cloud-native analytics architectures.
• Familiarity with Databricks and advanced analytics is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Salary Range: $94,000 - $180,000 a year
