Job description

We are seeking a Payroll Manager with 10 + years of leadership for a great company with amazing benefits. This is a Direct Hire, $80-$90k+ DOE.
Responsible for all aspects of payroll processing for weekly and biweekly payrolls for all companies including recording hours, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records, calculating payrolls and making appropriate tax, benefit plan and other third-party payments.
  1. Must have strong analytical skills.
  2. Strong oral and written communications skills with the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  3. Must have a high degree of attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in the use of a personal computer including Microsoft suite applications, database, and HRIS/automated payroll software (previous Vista experience highly preferred).
  5. Demonstrated understanding of relevant regulations pertaining to wage and tax laws; and ability to understand the provisions and terminology of employee benefit plans.
