Job Description

The Records Management Analyst is responsible for the secure handling, storage, movement, and lifecycle management of physical records in a warehouse and imaging support environment. This role performs physically demanding work, including frequent lifting of heavy materials and operation of powered industrial equipment, while also supporting records accuracy, intake validation, analyst level activities, and business continuity as backup for Imaging Analyst I functions. The position requires independent judgment, strict adherence to compliance standards, equipment certification, and crossfunctional coordination, and directly supports audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity.

Note:  Role will require you to earn a forklift certification.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will manage records intake, storage, movement, and disposition while ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.
  • You will safely perform warehouse operations involving lifting, carrying, stacking, and transporting records.
  • You will operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to store, retrieve, and relocate materials efficiently.
  • You will maintain records organization and integrity through labeling, reboxing, documentation, and tracking.
  • You will support compliance efforts by validating records, resolving exceptions, and assisting with audits.
  • You will prepare records for destruction, support imaging processes, and assist with special projects.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a High School Diploma and 1-2 years of directly related experience in records management, imaging operations, warehouse operations, or regulated document environments. Experience operating forklifts or powered industrial equipment preferred. 

  • Forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain upon hire. Ability to perform equipment safety inspections
  • Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting and physical work in a warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record handling and documentation
  • Working knowledge of records retention, compliance, and audit standards
  • Ability to follow structured procedures while exercising sound judgment
  • Capability to support analystlevel tasks and backup imaging functions
  • Strong safety awareness and accountability
