Job Summary
Coates Inc. is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Intern to support our operations team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to key administrative initiatives in a dynamic and professional environment. You'll work closely with the Executive Director to assist in implementing organizational strategies and enhancing overall efficiency.
Start Date: Fall 2026/Spring 2027
Hours: 5-10 hours/week, including weekly planning meetings with your supervisor
Pay: $12.00/hour
Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of day-to-day administrative tasks and operations.
  • Support project management activities related to programming and events.
  • Help organize and maintain documentation, files, and databases.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings and events, including logistics and materials.
  • Conduct research and compile information for projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and team collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
