Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) coordonnateur(trice) en courtage pour se joindre a notre bureau du centre-ville de Montreal. La personne retenue travaillera au sein d'une equipe responsable de soutenir un groupe de courtiers specialises en location de bureaux, marches des capitaux et services industriels, dans les operations quotidiennes de la ligne d'affaires.

Le ou la coordonnateur(trice) recevra ses taches quotidiennes directement des equipes et sera supervise(e) par le gestionnaire des operations. Ce poste exige une presence au bureau quatre (4) jours par semaine.

Description du poste
  • Tenir a jour les dossiers et compiler l'information pour les rapports d'activites clients; mettre a jour le pipeline des transactions

  • Compiler les donnees immobilieres et les informations de marche pour les etudes, cahiers de presentation, propositions de location et opinions de valeur

  • Coordonner et executer les programmes de marketing immobilier (imprime et numerique : depliants, infolettres, medias sociaux, etc.)

  • Assurer la liaison avec les equipes internes et les fournisseurs externes pour la production des livrables

  • Preparer les propositions et presentations, incluant la production imprimee

  • Publier les inscriptions sur diverses plateformes (site C&W, Centris, LoopNet, etc.)

  • Assurer la gestion et la mise a jour des bases de donnees (proprietaires, acheteurs, immeubles, prospects)

  • Effectuer la revision linguistique et la redaction de contenu simple

  • Participer a des projets speciaux et effectuer diverses taches administratives

  • Soutenir les courtiers dans l'entree des transactions dans les systemes (Salesforce / Engage)

  • Aider a la preparation de la documentation transactionnelle (factures, ententes intercompagnies, etc.)

  • Appuyer les processus de diligence raisonnable et de conformite (verification des clients, etc.)

  • Preparer les documents transactionnels (ententes de confidentialite, offres, mandats, formulaires OACIQ, documents de cloture, etc.)

Qualifications
  • Le francais est la langue principale de travail chez Cushman & Wakefield Montreal. Une excellente maitrise du francais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, est requise pour ce poste.

    Une connaissance pratique de l'anglais est egalement requise, car le poste implique :

We are seeking a Brokerage Coordinator to join our Montreal Downtown office. The successful candidate will work within a team responsible for supporting a group of Brokerage Agents specializing in Office Leasing, Capital Markets, and Industrial Services through the daily operations of the business line.

The Coordinator will receive day-to-day tasks directly from the teams and overall supervision from the Operations Manager. This position is primarily office-based and requires in-office presence four (4) days per week.

Job Description

  • Maintain records and compile information for client activity reports; update the ongoing transaction pipeline

  • Compile property information and market data for surveys, tour books, listing proposals, and opinions of value, including availability searches, recent transactions, title searches, zoning/planning reports, property assessments, etc.

  • Coordinate and execute marketing programs for listings, including the design of materials for print and digital distribution (flyers, postcards, newsletters, social media posts, etc.)

  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate marketing deliverables

  • Prepare listing proposals and presentations, including print production (printing, binding, etc.)

  • Upload new listings across multiple platforms (e.g., Cushman & Wakefield website, Centris, LoopNet)

  • Maintain and update databases including owner, buyer, seller, property, and prospect information

  • Proofread documents and provide limited copywriting support

  • Support special projects and ad hoc requests

  • Perform additional administrative tasks required to support brokerage operations

  • Assist brokers with entering transactions into the Sales Database (Salesforce / Engage)

  • Assist with formatting and preparation of transaction documents (inter-company agreements, invoices, etc.)

  • Support due diligence and compliance procedures (e.g., client screenings)

  • Organise and prepare transaction documentation (confidentiality agreements, offers, listing agreements, OACIQ forms, closing documents, trade records, etc.)

Qualifications

  • French is the primary language of work at Cushman & Wakefield Montreal. A strong command of French, both spoken and written, is required for this position.

    A working knowledge of English is also required, as the role involves:

  • regular communication with clients, partners, and internal teams outside Quebec (on a weekly to daily basis);
  • reviewing documentation and marketing materials available only in English; and
  • using certain tools, platforms, or systems that are available only in English.
  • The requirement for knowledge of English has been assessed in relation to the duties of the position, including coordination of marketing initiatives, collaboration with national teams, and support of brokerage activities involving out-of-province stakeholders.

  • Computer proficiency in Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate preferred
