Front Desk & Guest Experience Associate

Schedule: Thursday–Monday (Part-Time)
Includes mandatory staffing for the annual Celebration event in June

Reports To: Operations and Administrative Manager


Compensation: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Position Summary:

  • The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests and customers, providing a welcoming, professional, and organized front desk experience while supporting tour operations and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner

  • Check in guests for scheduled tours and events

  • Monitor lobby traffic, work areas, and overall customer flow

  • Facilitates correspondence with customers
  • Communicate all customer questions, concerns, and complaints to management in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with Customer Relations, Administrative, and Tour Operations teams

  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive guest interactions

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities

  • Active listening and clear verbal and written communication skills

  • Effective time-management skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
