Job description

Jer-Den Plastics, a leading manufacturer specializing in rotational molding, is seeking Production Associates. Join our Associate-Owner Team! All training will be on site at our Saint Louis, MI facility. Associates must be detail oriented, have good communication skills, and be able to work cooperatively with all departments and employees.
Core responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Operate overhead hoists, pallet jacks, forklifts.
  • Verify mold identification are correct and molds are operational.
    • Verify parting lines clean.
    • Clamps functioning properly
    • Vent tubes clean with proper wrap/ material
  • Verify that the correct materials/ weights are loaded into the molds.
  • Verify that finished/ work in progress products are packaged and labeled appropriately.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Label and grind production scrap.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Identify and report any issues with machines, molds, equipment, materials or product to Supervisor.
