Commercial Industrial Sales Representative

We are continually growing and are in need of a Commercial Industrial Sales Representative at our Grand Rapids Culligan location. This person is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Job Summary

This role focuses on developing and nurturing relationships with business clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions tailored to the needs of other businesses.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the sales landscape in the commercial, and industrial markets, able to build strong, mutually beneficial business relationships while driving the company’s sales growth.

Commercial/Industrial Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for industrial and commercial products/services.
    • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial and commercial clients.
    • Serve as a point of contact for major accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
    • Negotiate contracts with commercial clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Oversee the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations for potential clients.

Required Skills:

  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of industrial and commercial markets, including supply chain, manufacturing processes, and procurement practices.
  • Sales Expertise:
    • Proven track record in Commercial and Industrial sales, with proven track record of developing new customers industrial or commercial sectors.
