How You'll Make an Impact
As SVP of Enterprise Data Transformation at Epsilon, you'll be the leader in developing and implementing enterprise-wide data and marketing & advertising technology strategies that drive impactful business outcomes for our Publicis Groupe clients in our Power of One model. This role will report to the General Manager of Enterprise Data Transformation. It's a highly visible position at the Publicis Groupe level, shaping strategic initiatives and solutions contributing to the transformation vision.
What You'll Achieve
  • Data & Technology Leadership:Utilize your extensive expertise in analytics, data and marketing & advertising technologies to spearhead the transformation of Epsilon's enterprise capabilities. Drive integration and innovation to solidify Epsilon's leadership in data and technology solutions.
  • Innovative Solutions:Act as a visionary, integrating diverse technologies and platforms into strategic, cohesive solutions for clients. Develop compelling narratives and positioning that align with client business outcomes.
  • Trusted Client Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, fostering executive buy-in and influencing stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
  • Executive Intelligence:Demonstrate strong executive intelligence and leadership. Cultivate and maintain trust with C-level client stakeholders, guiding them through complex data transformation initiatives. Enhance relationships with agency leaders to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
  • Agency Expertise:Leverage extensive senior-level experience from the agency sector, ideally intersecting with media, to align data strategies with broader marketing objectives and industry trends.
  • Internal Collaboration: Navigate and collaborate effectively across various agencies within Publicis Groupe, working closely with Global Client Leads to ensure strategic alignment and success in our Power of One model.
  • Subject Matter Expertise:Serve as a subject matter expert in areas critical to client success and Epsilon's growth, including Measurement, Audience Strategy, Media Strategy, AdTech, MarTech, Audience Data, E-Commerce, Enterprise Technology, Retail Media, and CRM.
  • Communication Excellence:Exhibit outstanding storytelling skills, delivering agency-quality presentations that convey strategic visions and comprehensive solutions effectively.

Who You Are
  • What you'll bring with you:
  • 18+ years of industry experience, with substantial senior-level roles within marketing and advertising holding companies.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading and innovating within data analytics and marketing and advertising technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in consulting and solution architecture to frame solutions within the client's business context.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the media, marketing, and advertising landscapes, with cross-functional expertise in relevant domains.

Base Salary: $189,000.00 - $351,000.00
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
