Position Overview

Qnity is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Data Analyst to support the Semiconductor Technologies Kalrez organization. This role bridges data systems, front-end development, and manufacturing operations, enabling reliable, data-driven decision-making across Quality, Engineering, and Production. The ideal candidate combines strong development and data management expertise with the ability to design practical, user-friendly data interfaces that support shop floor, lab, and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance front-end applications and data visualization tools (Power Apps, dashboards, user interfaces).

Design and implement user-friendly input/output interfaces for data collection, tracking, and reporting.

Design and maintain integrations with ERP and lab systems (SAP, LIMS, MES, data historians).

Enable and support SPC, SQC, and MRB systems through data architecture and digital solutions.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and traceability aligned with QMS, audit, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in software dev, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.

2-5 years of experience in database management (preferably in manufacturing or industrial).

Proficiency in C# / Microsoft .NET,SQL & database technologies, Python, PowerShell, or similar.

Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in production environments.

Strong communication skills with ability to work across cross-functional teams.

High attention to detail with emphasis on data quality and system reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing Power BI dashboards and Power Platforms (Power Apps, Copilot Studio).

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles for user-friendly interface development.

Experience integrating with SAP, LIMS, MES, or process historians.

Understanding of industrial communication protocols (OPC, TCP/IP, Serial).

Knowledge of statistical methods for process and quality control (SPC/SQC).
