Volunteers of America-Greater New York (VOA-Greater New York) is a leading anti-poverty organization serving neighbors in need across New York City, Northern New Jersey, and Westchester. Through 70+ programs, we support over 35,000 adults and children each year, including individuals experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, youth aging out of foster care, veterans, seniors, and children with developmental delays.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Position: Quality Assurance Manager - Data Systems (Hybrid )
The Quality Assurance Manager - Data Systems is responsible for the overall support of programs as defined by the Volunteers of America program model and funding source standards.
Location: New York, NY 10020
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Two years of experience in data quality and data systems
  • Demonstrated ability in the areas of written and verbal communication.
  • Other necessary skills include training, audit and evaluation data collection and incident management skills.

Supervisory Role:
This position does have supervisory responsibilities.
Quality Assurance Manager - Data Systems Principal Responsibilities:
  1. Manage, update and distribute agency dashboards
  2. Monitor and manage the quality assurance help desk.
  3. Manage, monitor and analyze agency outcomes.
  4. Review and respond to agency-wide incident reports.
  5. Training necessary agency workforce on incident identification, writing and reporting.
  6. Participate and assist in the development of ongoing staff training for the electronic health record.
  7. Support the AVP of Research & Evaluation and the Senior Director of Research & Evaluation/Corporate Privacy Officer in daily operations.
  8. Perform other related duties as requested.
