Job description

The primary objective of this individual is to ensure that only predictable, consistent, high quality, safe, legal products are distributed to our customers. This individual will play an important role in the bakery. He/she must be able to facilitate the development of a quality-oriented culture that focuses on continuous improvement.

Job Description:

  1. SPC data collection, process analysis, process improvements, reporting, and recommendations for improvement.
  2. Product quality evaluation (scoring, testing, etc.).
  3. Through data analysis, identify areas of opportunity to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  4. Using data analysis develop methodical tests and evaluations to bring product improvement.
  5. Work effectively with production personnel to improve product quality.
  6. Ensure only high quality, safe, legal products are made.
  7. Assist Quality Systems Manager as needed to create and maintain an effective quality system.
  8. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  9. Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
