SUMMARY:The Data Solutions Developer designs, develops, andoptimizesenterprise data warehouse solutions that support analytics and reporting initiatives. This role applies strong database developmentexpertise, Azure cloud technologies, and Power BI to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions that enableaccurateinsights and informed business decision-making.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES andRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, andmaintainscalable and high performingdata warehousesolutions

  • Build andoptimizeETL/ELT processesusing tools such as Azure Data Factory or SSIS

  • Develop complexSQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data transformation and loading

  • Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability

  • Work withAzure servicesincluding Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Factory

  • Develop interactive and insightfulPower BI dashboards and reportsbased on business requirements

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions

  • Monitor and improve data warehouse performance, ensuringuptime, data integrity, and scalability

  • Document data models, processes, and procedures

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCEand SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in data warehouse development and database programming

  • Proficiencyin T-SQL and relational database design (SQL Server)

  • Hands-on experience with Azure data platform services (e.g., Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory)

  • Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (star/snowflake schemas)

  • Experience in developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models (DAX, Power Query)

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Mustdemonstrateexceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to workindependentlywith minimal direct supervision

  • Criminal background checkrequiredfor hire

PREFERRED QUALIFICTIONS:

  • Experience withDavisware/Sage 300
