We are seeking a hands-on, highly motivated Solutions Developer to help modernize and connect our business systems and processes across the full project lifecycle - from estimating and engineering through fabrication and field installation.

What You'll DoDrive Business Process Transformation
  • Analyze workflows across estimating, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, project management, and field operations

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through integration, automation, and digital workflows

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical and operational requirements

Develop Integrated Solutions & Prototypes

  • Support the design and development of connected systems and working prototypes across:

    • CAD/BIM and engineering integrations

    • Material takeoff workflows

    • Procurement and supply chain coordination

    • Inventory and material tracking

    • Fabrication and production workflows

    • Project management and field operations

  • Participate in iterative development, testing, and refinement cycles

Support Technical Development & Integration

  • Assist with system integrations using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines

  • Contribute to structured data models and operational datasets

  • Help develop custom applications, tools, or workflow enhancements where needed

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner closely with operations, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams
