We are really looking for someone with a Heart for customers who has a good knowledge of HVAC, maintenance, repair and installation.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Manage and train service technicians to uphold company standards and enhance performance.
  • Develop and implement service policies and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor service calls and customer feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage sales and installation teams to ensure seamless service transitions.
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage equipment and tool procurement.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the service department and weekly PAY
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • In The field with Techs and Sales Ability
  • Proven experience in HVAC service management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service operations, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service efficiency.
  • Valid HVAC technician license or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call availability as needed.
