We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our team!
Job Summary:
As a Service Manager, you are the person our customers look to for help with their vehicles. You play a crucial role in building relationships with our customers by providing hospitality, ensuring their satisfaction, and managing the repair process.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Manage and hire technicians and service advisors.
  • Train service advisors and other support staff.
  • Supervise and direct employees.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure every customer entering our facility is treated with hospitality and the highest level of respect.
  • Present the best repair solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Effectively manage the workflow of the store.
  • Consistently and honestly sell our services while maintaining integrity.
  • Foster a positive attitude and promote a team atmosphere.
  • Communicate professionally to establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Prepare monthly and annual business goals.
  • Always represent the organization with honesty and integrity.
  • Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities.
  • Ensure all work is performed according to specifications.
  • Assist other employees as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Previous Service Manager experience preferred.
  • Mitsubishi experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • CDK experience highly preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in managing and hiring technicians and service advisors.
  • Training experience for service advisors and other support staff.
  • Effective marketing of existing and potential customers through software.
  • Proficiency in managing data and trends using industry-specific software (ADP).
  • Ability to document, implement, and manage processes related to reception, shop flow, active delivery, warranty processing, CSI maximization, retention, and shop safety.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)

Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalence required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • Experience in managing and hiring technicians and service advisors.
  • Training experience for service advisors and other support staff.
  • Effective marketing of existing and potential customers through software.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat.
  • Prolonged periods of walking on a level surface throughout the dealership.
