Job Description
Prepares documents for scanning. Creates index for company files indicating information, such as firm name and address, product category and index code to identify material. Sizes documents into scanning size and format per project requirements. Meets customer satisfaction by consistently prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately in a timely manner while maintaining standards. Must have outstanding attention to detail and be able to maintain a high level of productivity and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Must have or be able to get a Government Security Clearance Familiar with scanners and scanning software (Quick Scan) Experience working with contract files Experience with Digitech software a plus High School Diploma required/Associates degree preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, Powerpoint Data Entry experience and typing skills of at least 40 wpm. Ability to communicate in English (verbally and in writing) Current Governement Security Clearance a plus Ability to lift/move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
