Job description

A leading global professional services firm is seeking a CRM Manager to join its Marketing team. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with experience in CRM administration, change management, and business development workflows within a professional services environment. Reporting to senior marketing technology leadership, the CRM Manager will oversee platform administration, support system integrations, maintain data integrity, and drive optimization initiatives. This individual will play a key role in aligning CRM capabilities with marketing and business development objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day CRM operations, including user access, roles, permissions, and security
  • Configure and maintain objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
  • Oversee system releases, enhancements, and environment management (e.g., sandboxes, deployments)
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits
  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with marketing, relationship management, and financial systems
  • Support lead routing, campaign tracking, and engagement workflows
  • Ensure secure and accurate data flow across platforms
  • Contribute to future-state marketing technology architecture
  • Ensure data quality through governance protocols and validation controls
