As Quality Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) while partnering across engineering, production, and supply chain teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and directing quality control, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Leading and performing internal Quality Audits to maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and Dexter standards

  • Driving performance improvement targets and measurable KPIs

  • Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to build a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility.

Why Work at Dexter?

At Dexter, quality isn’t a department — it’s a commitment. You’ll have the authority, visibility, and support to shape processes, influence outcomes, and protect a brand trusted across commercial trailer, RV, heavy-duty, marine, agriculture, and manufactured housing markets.
