Job description

Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Project Coordinator in Social Circle, GA. The Project Coordinator is responsible for driving organization, reporting accuracy, and overall project efficiency within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative capabilities, advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel, and the ability to provide leadership with accurate, real-time data visibility.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28 to $35 Per Hour BOE

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain complex Smartsheet dashboards to improve visibility across all active projects.
  • Develop detailed Excel reports and analyze project data to track key performance metrics.
  • Manage project schedules and track deliverables to ensure the project team meets established timelines.
  • Support project teams with day-to-day coordination tasks and administrative organization.
  • Ensure reporting consistency and accuracy by maintaining high-quality data management standards.
  • Provide leadership with access to accurate, real-time data for informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to manage multiple priorities and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in project documentation and reporting tools.
