The Energy Groupis responsible forsupporting Vantage's data center portfolio through the execution and management of complex commercial energy agreements, including utility service agreements, power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, gas supply and infrastructure contracts, and other energy-adjacent arrangements. The team partners closely with project management, development, legal, finance, and external counterparties to ensure contracts are executed efficiently, accurately documented, and aligned with businessobjectives.

Position Overview

This role can be based in any of our US locations or Remote

The Energy Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the execution of Vantage's energy development portfolio by enabling disciplined, consistent, and well-coordinated project management practices across multiple projects. This role is responsible for maintaining the operational backbone of project execution, ensuring that schedules, deliverables, risks, and documentation are accurately tracked, organized, and communicated.

Working closely with Energy Project Development Managers, the Coordinator supports the day-to-day coordination of cross-functional activities, helping to maintain alignment across Transmission & Interconnection, Energy Infrastructure, and Commercial teams. This role contributes directly to project efficiency by proactively tracking actions, identifying gaps, and ensuring that key milestones and deliverables remain visible and on track.

The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational rigor, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The Energy Project Coordinator plays an important role in supporting transparency, enabling decision-making, and reinforcing execution discipline across the portfolio, making it a foundational role in delivering successful project outcomes.

Essential Job Functions

  • Support development and maintenance of project schedules and tracking tools

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure alignment on deliverables

  • Track key milestones, risks, and action items across projects

  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and data repositories

  • Support budget tracking and cost management processes

  • Assist in preparation of executive and internal project reporting

  • Facilitate communication and coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Identify potential issues and support escalation through project managers

  • Additional duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in energy development, infrastructure delivery, or project management

  • Experience with energy, utility, or large-scale infrastructure projects

  • Strong project management skills, including schedule, budget, and risk management

  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with energy project lifecycle and delivery challenges

  • Travel required is expected to be up to 10% but may increase over time as the business evolves.

Additional Details

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
