EPR Program Manager
The Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Program Manager oversees the implementation, communication, KPI's, and tracking of ongoing EPR related activities, from conception to completion with specified deliverables. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of project team members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders. The EPR Program Manager will oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle to ensure deliverables and requirements are executed consistent with company strategy and goals.
The Company is one of North America's leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management, and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers, and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. The Company services a variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics, and home centers. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.
Responsibilities
  • Direct, manage and execute EPR project development from planning through implementation
  • Design, coordinate and launch new EPR programs to respond to legal requirements in the EU, using hard data and evidence to drive decision-making
  • Ensure accurate packaging data and support client with timely registration and reporting to regulatory bodies of Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs)
  • Within project scope, define goals and deliverables that support business strategy
  • Provide direction and support to project team members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders. Ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated and executed consistent with company goals
  • Plan and facilitate project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries
  • Utilize systems and analytics to identify and mitigate risks
  • Utilize appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines

Qualifications

  • Experience Requirements: 4-6 years experience in relevant field
  • Travel requirement: No travel requirements
