Kestra Holdings is seeking a Program Manager to support our Sales & Servicing Platform, with a strong focus on Salesforce and related technologies. This role is highly visible and central to executing our enterprise Salesforce roadmap. You'll partner closely with technology, compliance, and business leaders to translate strategy into delivery-ensuring programs are aligned, well governed, and driving measurable outcomes for advisors and internal teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Execute the Salesforce & MarTech Roadmap: Support the Head of Sales & Servicing Platform Strategy in executing a multi-year Salesforce and Marketing technology roadmap. Translate strategic objectives into structured programs, milestones, and delivery plans.
  • Drive Cross-Enterprise Alignment: Ensure initiatives are coordinated across Kestra Holdings' lines of business and functional teams, resolving dependencies and aligning priorities to maximize enterprise impact and driving alignment between business objectives, product strategy, and technical execution.
  • Lead Program Governance & Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, requirements definition, and decision forums. Serve as a primary point of contact for business and executive stakeholders across technology, compliance, operations, and product teams.
  • Manage Platform & Vendor Relationships: Support platform evaluations, vendor onboarding and management, contract negotiations, and delivery oversight to ensure solutions meet business, technical, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee program planning, risk management, resourcing, and delivery tracking. Partners with technology and data teams on integration planning, data migrations, and release coordination while ensuring compliance and security considerations are addressed.
  • Communicate with Executives: Prepare executive-ready updates, dashboards, and decision materials. Provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes while proactively managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Change Management and Adoption: Support enablement efforts by helping define training, communication, and rollout strategies to drive adoption. Monitor adoption metrics and continuously optimize based on user feedback.

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, technology delivery, business architecture, or technology strategy-preferably within financial services, wealth management, or a regulated environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience managing enterprise programs in the Salesforce ecosystem, including cross functional delivery and vendor-led initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management- skills, including comfort working with senior and executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with advisor-centric platforms such as CRM, client portals, workflow, compliance, trading, or billing systems.
  • Experience with collaboration and visualization tools such as Microsoft O365, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Suite, and Figma.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, detail oriented, and motivated by delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.
