About the Role

IQVIA Digital is seeking aSeniorMeasurementProduct Manager, Studies, Platforms & Data Solutionsto help evolve and scale our healthcare media measurement portfolio. This role is responsible for driving the strategy, positioning, and adoption of measurement products that combine advanced measurement studies, platform-based reporting, and data-as-a-service solutions.

The successful candidate will work across our healthcare media ecosystem, supporting bothDirect-to-Consumer (DTC)andHealthcare Professional (HCP)measurement offerings. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Advanced Analytics, Data Management, Measurement Science & Innovation, Platform, and Customer Success teams to identify market needs, shape product enhancements, and ensure our solutions deliver measurable value for clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded product leader with deep expertise in healthcare marketing, digital media measurement, and analytics who enjoys translating complex capabilities into scalable, client-facing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Contribute to the strategic direction and evolution of IQVIA's healthcare media measurement portfolio.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize product enhancements that improve client outcomes, adoption, revenue growth, and operational scalability.
  • Evaluatemeasurement product enhancement opportunitiesbased on business impact, client value, market demand, and implementation feasibility.
  • Support roadmap planning and portfolio prioritization while balancing client, commercial, and operational objectives.

Client & Commercial Partnership

  • Partner with commercial teams to support active sales opportunities, client presentations, RFP responses, solution design, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand measurement challenges, optimization needs, and emerging trends.
  • Translate complex measurement methodologies and analytical capabilities into compelling client value propositions.
  • Develop GTM materials,product packaging,pricing frameworksand commercial strategies.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate withinternalAnalytics, Data Management, Science & Innovation, Platform, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance measurement solutions and client experiences.
  • Translate market opportunities and business requirements into actionable enhancement requests for product and technology teams.
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple functions to advance strategic initiatives and product improvements.
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure successful product adoption and execution.

Go-to-Market & Product Enablement

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, sales enablement content, FAQs, training materials, and product documentation.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Measurement Strategy teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
  • Support internal education and client-facing communications regarding measurement capabilities and product enhancements.

Industry Leadership & Innovation

  • Monitor healthcare media, measurement, analytics, ad tech, data solutions, and marketing technology trends.
  • Identify new opportunities for measurement innovation and competitive differentiation.
  • Advocate for best practices in measurement methodology, reporting, data visualization, and user experience.
  • Ensure product development aligns with evolving privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, media measurement, marketing analytics, digital media, commercial strategy, consulting, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and the healthcare media ecosystem.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Digital media measurement
    • Campaign analytics
    • Attribution methodologies
    • Performance optimization
    • Audience measurement
    • Marketing effectiveness analysis
  • Experience translating analytical and technical concepts into client-facing recommendations, solution positioning, and business value stories.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence teams without direct authority.

  • Strong sales partnership experience supporting client conversations, RFPs, solution development, and revenue generation.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $98,500.00 - $274,400.00.
