Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale software development, application implementation, infrastructure, and technology rollout projects.
  • Drive project meetings, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and ensure alignment across technical and business teams.
  • Partner with application development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and executive leadership teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, issue logs, and status reporting.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while driving resolution.
  • Communicate project updates and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate vendor activities and external technology partners as needed.
  • Ensure project governance processes and project management best practices are followed.

Primary Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Experience managing software development projects and/or enterprise application implementations.
  • Experience leading infrastructure-related projects within complex IT environments.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence outcomes and drive discussions.
  • Experience working in large enterprise organizations.

Desired Skills:
  • PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide technology rollouts impacting 1,000+ users.
  • Experience managing mobile application deployment projects, endpoint security initiatives, or user adoption programs.
  • Background working within highly regulated industries such as legal, financial services, healthcare, insurance, or government.
