Job description

We are seeking a Data Processor 2nd shift 1:00PM to 9:00PM to provide critical operational and administrative support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate production data, supporting system reporting, and coordinating activities that help ensure efficient production flow, quality, and compliance.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and systems, and able to effectively communicate with teams across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S).

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate daily production output, product types, and quantities.

  • Perform daily headcount validation and production reporting.

  • Support production flow and provide break coverage as needed.

  • Serve as an MES Superuser, troubleshooting system issues and assisting production users.

  • Enter, verify, and reconcile production data in MES and SAP.

  • Track production orders, consumables, and material usage.

  • Support shift NCMRs, including documentation and closure tracking.

  • Validate BOMs, routings, barcodes, and build accuracy.

  • Track chemical usage and update VOC data for EH&S reporting.

  • Prepare and distribute routine operational reports.

  • Work collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EH&S teams to support daily production requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered and reported in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate data effectively.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with SAP and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

  • Understanding of manufacturing workflows and production reporting.

  • Experience with production data entry, inventory tracking, or operational reporting.

  • Familiarity with quality processes, NCMRs, BOMs, routings, and manufacturing documentation.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
