Title: Data Entry
Pay: 22.5/hr on w2
Contract: 06 months
-Data entry-focused role; limited phone work (backup only).

-Process and enter high-volume orders (200–250/day) with strong accuracy.

-Must have fast typing, attention to detail, and order entry/data entry experience.

-Call centre backgrounds alone are not preferred.

-Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, and administrative follow-up is a plus.

-Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM PT.

-High School Diploma/GED required.

-Target productivity: ~80 accurate orders per day.

-ERP experience preferred but not required (AXAPTA used).

-At least 1 year of office experience preferred.

-Fast-paced, repetitive environment; strong work ethic and reliability required.

-Training: 1–1.5 weeks.

-Interview process: Onsite.
