Job description


The Data Processor provides operational and administrative support in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate production data, system reporting, and coordination that supports production flow, quality, and compliance across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EH&S.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Validate daily production output, product type, and quantities.  

• Perform daily headcount validation and production reporting.  

• Support production flow and provide break coverage as needed.  

• Serve as MES Superuser; troubleshoot system issues and support users.  

• Enter, confirm, and reconcile production data in MES and SAP.  

• Track production orders, consumables, and material usage.  

• Support shift NCMRs, including documentation and closure tracking.  

• Validate BOMs, routings, barcodes, and build accuracy.  

• Track chemical usage and update VOC data for EH&S reporting.  

• Prepare and distribute routine operational reports.  

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS  

• High School diploma  

• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing or production environment.  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.  

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate data.  

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production setting.  

  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS  

• Experience with SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).  

• Understanding of manufacturing workflows and production reporting.  

• Experience supporting production, quality, or operations teams
