Position Overview
As the Manager of Artificial Intelligence, youll serve as Kittle Property Groups primary AI strategist and implementer, reporting directly to the President & CEO. Youll identify, prioritize, and deploy AI-driven solutions across all business units, helping teams work smarter and deliver better outcomes. Youll also maintain an indirect administrative reporting relationship with the Chief Operating Officer to support day-to-day operational coordination.
This is a highly visible role where youll shape AI strategy, lead implementation, develop large language model capabilities, and establish responsible AI governance that supports scalable, secure adoption.
Key Responsibilities
AI Use Case Discovery and Strategy
Youll lead a discovery process to identify high-impact AI opportunities across the business.
Youll interview department leaders to understand workflows, pain points, and data availability.
Youll develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap of AI use cases.
Youll present recommendations for review and approval, aligning solutions to business goals.
LLM Development and Email Archive Integration
Youll design and manage a proprietary large language model strategy.
Youll lead the extraction, cleansing, and ingestion of archived email data.
Youll establish data governance protocols for AI-processed data.
Youll leverage the model to surface insights and operational intelligence across teams.
Implementation and Deployment
Youll lead end-to-end implementation of approved AI use cases.
Youll collaborate with department leaders to ensure seamless integration into daily operations.
Youll define KPIs and success metrics, and report outcomes regularly.
Youll manage relationships with AI vendors and external partners as needed.
Training and Change Management
Youll develop AI literacy and training programs to support adoption.
Youll advocate for responsible AI usage and help foster a culture of innovation.
Youll create documentation, workflows, and procedures that make AI solutions easy to use and maintain.
Governance and Compliance
Youll establish an AI governance framework to guide responsible use of AI.
Youll stay current on AI regulations, compliance standards, and emerging best practices.
Youll ensure AI systems meet legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy expectations.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, including at least 2 years in a leadership or manager-level role.
Experience building or deploying large language models.
Strong understanding of data pipelines, NLP, and enterprise data integration.
Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience in property management or real estate.
Familiarity with email archiving systems.
Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and data privacy practices.
Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and APIs.
Additional Requirements and Working Conditions
Youll participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education for certification.
Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing, with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
