About the Team:
The Daily Ops Team processes Periodic, Quarterly, Annual, and Amended paper tax filings and check payments for our customers. We work closely with the Trust, Amendments, Tax Notice, QE Filing Ops, and Payment Services System Support Teams.
About the Role:
As a Data Operations Rep, you will be a crucial part of the Daily Ops Team, responsible for processing periodic, quarterly, annual, and amended paper tax filings and check payments on behalf of our clients. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams within the organization. This role requires a blend of independent work and teamwork, with a strong emphasis on organization, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines.
This role is required to be on site 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) in our Irving, TX office location.
• Document Handling: Utilize Salesforce and Smartsheet to print and manage requests. Maintain detailed records of all transactions and correspondence related to tax filings and payments.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Trust, Amendments, Tax Notice, QE Filing Ops, and Payment Services System Support Teams to coordinate activities, address issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Quality Assurance: Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and internal procedures.
• Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively, ensuring all deadlines are met.
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in processing tax documents and payments.
• Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a collaborative work environment is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, and other relevant software. Familiarity with tax filing processes is beneficial.
• Experience: Previous experience in tax filing, payments processing, or a related administrative role is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional education or certification in accounting or finance being a plus.

The pay range for this position is $32,100.00 to $46,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
