  • Ensure platform stability and reliability through proactive monitoring, effective incident response, and timely resolution of technical issues
  • Own SLA performance by tracking operational metrics, addressing breaches, and driving corrective actions as required
  • Oversee end-to-end data operations monitoring and communicate platform performance, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  • Maintain and govern operational documentation, including platform design artifacts, configuration standards, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams while coaching and guiding the engineering team
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold RDC's respectful and courteous work environment

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 6 years of recent experience managing data operations, including data pipeline monitoring and incident response, with strong knowledge of Snowflake
  • 2+ years of people-management experience leading technical/engineering teams
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain clear, comprehensive technical and operational documentation
  • Demonstrated success meeting SLAs and performance metrics, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to translate platform insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience supporting strategic planning and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Generative and Agentic AI concepts as applied to monitoring and operations tooling
