Position Summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a CRM & Data Operations Specialist to support the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of business data and operational workflows. The successful candidate will work with CRM platforms, business systems, and operational teams to maintain high-quality data, improve reporting, and support day-to-day digital operations.

This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with data, solving operational challenges, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer and business data within CRM platforms.
  • Review, update, and validate records to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies or duplicate records.
  • Generate operational reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Support workflow documentation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve business operations.
  • Assist with CRM administration and user support.
  • Maintain documentation for operational procedures and data standards.
  • Support technology-enabled business operations and reporting activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM administration, data operations, business operations, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
