Location: Austin, TX

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 / Per Hour

Job Type: Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations with a strong focus on accurate data entry and record management. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information in a structured environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update electronic and physical records and files
  • Enter and process documentation such as forms, reports, and compliance-related paperwork
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Prepare and submit routine reports in a timely manner
  • Support light administrative and clerical tasks as needed
  • Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide front-desk and receptionist support, including answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
