  • 15+ years of experience in technical professional services, including senior leadership responsibility for strategy, growth, financial performance, and budgets.
  • Broad knowledge of land surveying and geospatial data solutions, including boundary and topographic surveying, construction services, GIS, LiDAR, UAV/drone data capture, and emerging technologies.
  • Leadership grounded in integrity, accountability, collaboration, communication, decisive action, client relationships, ownership, and alignment with Fisher's Core Values and Clientship philosophy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success leading the full client lifecycle, executing strategic growth plans, and identifying market opportunities in competitive professional services environments.
  • Ability to translate firmwide strategy into practical operating plans, performance expectations, project delivery standards, and financial results.
  • Comfort collaborating with infrastructure, transportation, civil/site, GIS, planning, environmental, and land development teams across multiple offices and markets.
  • Strong mentoring and practice leadership capability with the ability to develop professionals, strengthen accountability, and retain high-performing survey and geospatial teams.

Why Join Fisher

  • Shape what's next by stepping into a key leadership role with meaningful influence over strategy, growth, and the future of Fisher's land survey and geospatial practice.
  • Lead with impact by driving business performance, building trusted client relationships, and advancing survey and data solutions across infrastructure and development markets.
  • Build exceptional teams in a culture of trust, accountability, flexibility, collaboration, professional excellence, development, and long-term career growth.

Compensation + Benefits

  • Salary range: $175,000-$205,000; actual compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, and other factors and excludes the value of benefits.
  • Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), company-paid life and disability insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and supplemental benefits.
